Can a parent or travel agent turn in your application and pickup your application for a visa to Brazil? I am about 3 hours from the Brazilian Houston based consulate. They say it takes 15 days to process, I don’t have 15 days until my trip to turn it in on time. So can a parent or travel agent turn it in and pick it up for me?
