Why go to a travel agent. When you can research everything yourself and book your hotels and car rentals all online. It will save you money and you’ll learn a lot about the places your going.
7 – 9 days!? I wouldn’t even try to do Madrid in that time! Don’t bother trying to go to all two surrounding countries. Don’t try to get to Morocco. You can spend a couple of days in Madrid, and surrounding towns, (Segovia and Toledo are musts) take the AVE to Sevilla for two days, and go back and fly out.
Spain requires more than a week, especially if you want to get to other countries…We spent ten days in Barcelona alone!
