When my underage child was planning to fly with my wife, I was out of the country, and I left an Statement of Conscent so that my wife can sign alone in the first Passport of our child.
Now I need to travel alone with the child. Can I do that? If not, what should be the procedure for me to travel alone with the baby?

It is advisable that you bring along a notarized statement from the other parent say that you are authorized to take the child from place X to place X. You may or may not be asked for this documentation (it depends where you are going) but it is best to be prepared.
If both of you cannot travel with your child, the „other” parent must provide a notarized and verifiable (e.g. have them give their cell phone # where they can be reached 24/7) statement that traveling parent has their permission to take the child out of the country. Or you need court order of sole custody, or the other parent’s death certificate.
Basically, you need to be prepared to prove both parents agree to the child’s travels, or one parent has sole legal authority regarding the minor child.
This is a worldwide website. You have not said where you are, or which country you want to fly from or to.Different countries have different laws.most European countries do not require that type of permission.
You need to be more explicit with your question.
