I’m getting my boobs done on July 6th from an A to a full C. I am going away on the 15th from NJ to Cali for vacation and also my cousin’s wedding. I want to know if it would be ok for me to travel a week or so after I get them done? What about laying out on the beach when I go? I’m so confused help me!!!

Immediately following breast implant surgery, swelling, pain, bruising and tenderness are normal. These complications can last for several weeks and sometimes longer, but should diminish over time. The patient should discuss issues such as scarring, pain and recovery times with her plastic surgeon as these vary among individuals and techniques.
The surgeon most likely will prescribe medications for pain and nausea. Any symptoms that may indicate an infection, such as fever or redness of the breast, should be promptly evaluated by a physician. A post-operative bra, compression bandage or athletic bra is often recommended as it provides additional support during recovery.

The only person is your doctor to answer this question. I am a cautious person I would never do such thing right before a wedding or big trip, because u never know how things will look like right after this surgery. It might take weeks before your boobs look right, and it is better to wear a good push up bra for the wedding than looking all pumped up. For Most people takes time for their boobs to look right. Remember u don’t have access to your doctor in California, if u need him.
