it’s possible to book it through a booking company if you use a credit card from your parents the problem is when you get to the hotel they have policies about checking age, most of the hotels have 21, i heard about one which was 25 (ridiculous), my suggestion is call the hotel which you want to stay in and ask them what you can do in your case, if you don’t want to call the hotel call a booking company and make them call the hotel for you (believe me if you insist they will do)
No, unfortunately it is against the law to book a hotel room if you are not at least 21 years of age. You may be able to get special permission if your parents book the reservation for you and give you permission to check in.
18 and 21 are the allowed ages. If you are below 21 years old you must check the hotels check-in policies for minimum checkin age of 18, because some hotels allow only people of 21 years old. You may also need a Photo ID. If you are below 18, Some one 18 can book a room and take you with him.
