I don’t think there is a best place. I think its a matter of personal preference, plus each place offers something unique and has its own atmosphere. Some of my favorite places are Madrid, because its very urban but also relaxed and deeply rooted in tradition. St Lucia, because of its natural beauty and the carefree atmosphere. Puerto Rico, because its urban yet tropical.
Venice, Italy.
