Hi, try reading the Sunday edition of Manila Bulletin. On page 2 of the main page, you’ll see all those Travel agencies offering packages for these places.
You can also try Las Palmas Travel (makati/manila branch) or Honey Holidays. I have tried using them and never had any problems with their packages so far.

Try calling the home based travel agencies. They have lesser overhead expense, so their mark up is lesser than those agencies you see in malls.
Just remember that published rates don’t include taxes, fuel charges and terminal fees. So please ask. Why don’t you also try checking with your airline home page? They also offer tour packages and give discounts.
