Do your best.
If you fall get up.
Don’t worry about the coaches or judging watching and don’t look at them.
Don’t try to imress anyone, just do the best you can.
Be perpared.
Get there early.
Eat a bowl of pasta or many calories and carbohydrates beforehand.
Bring fluids.
You can expect alot of scrimaging, hitting exercises, sooting drills, and many skating drills.
Good luck! I’m sure you’ll do fine. If you make it that’s great and have fun, if you don’t it’s not the end of the world so don’t quit.
don’t worry too much about making the team. I just went in with confidence (for a AAA team) and I made. My dad is a coach (not my coach) and all you have to do is not fool around, pay attention, and try your best. Some coaches don’t pay attention to skill, they pay attention to the hard working and commiment of a play. Hope this helps!!!
PLAY YOUR BEST
When you fall down get up fast
skate your ABSOLUTE hardest
Shoot Hard
If it is a game be close to the puck always, the judges watch the people with the puck
try to keep the puck on your stick
pass hard
and do some stickhandling in your basement
