Check out the Canadian Border Services Agency for the list of things that you can import and export.
I can’t believe that someone would go to a country like the Bahamas, with all of the FANTASTIC foods there and want to take their own foods from home.
Leave the food at home and enjoy the experience of eating something NEW and DELICIOUS that you have never had before.
The reason people say that food in other countries is expensive is, they refuse to eat the LOCAL foods or those IN SEASON… and insist on having the same foods they have at home…. If you eat LOCAL foods when they are IN SEASON… they are not only delicious… they are also CHEAP.
