It lists all the budget airlines around Europe and you will find one which flies from Athens to Bari which is in the south of Italy.
Ferries also run to Bari, Ancona, and Venice from Patras in Greece, it is an obvernight trip so if there is a group of you you can get a cabin bewteen you.
