I live in france legally and I’m a civil servant here even though I don’t have the nationality My british passport has expired and costs too much to renew here.I don’t have the ID card as I’m not french but I do have their Carte de Sejour (residence permit).
Will I be able to get on eurostar for example or will I be refused.I don’t have time to apply for the ID card or wait for it to come through, things take ages here especially in administration.I know the french can travel with an ID card but can a Brit with his residence permit because I need to travel soon?
